Foreign Rosettes Awarded to USA Indiviuals

The intent of this page is to show why a USA company
[ as NS Meyers whose stock most of my Rosettes came from]
would have these Rosettes as part of their Stock,
One suggestion [ for the Orders/Decorations ] is that a High ranking Officer contacted NS Meyer's,
a mainly Military supplier, and said he needed one and thus to keep the customer happy, had them made.
Other Awards/Campaign would be for regular outlet sales

This theory will be tested if the same name comes up many times as the list is added to.

This list will be added to as time alows, if anyone would like to add to it, it would be appreciated.
