Your Password is Very Important
FrontierNet wishes to remind all its customers that the integrity of their
account password is most important. Never give your password to anyone.
If someone needs to use your account -- web page construction for instance
-- you should supervise the work and change your password afterwards.
Remember that you are responsible for safeguarding your electronic identity
and for all network accesses by your account.
Change your password often and never use a word that is a proper name,
dictionary word, or something that is associated to you like a birthdate,
pet name, etc. We suggest that your password be at least eight (8) characters
long and have a special character or number somewhere in the middle
of your password and that you change your password every sixty (60)
days.
If you believe your password has been compromised, contact the Help
Desk immediately at 1-800-584-3384.
If you wish to
change your password, remember that
you may have to change this password in your own dialer and email client
on your system if you store them.
