The Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Council of Orange County was
one of only 26 applicants awarded a Prevention Initiative Grant From the
New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
This grant will be used to develop and implement a multi-systems approach
to substance abuse prevention in Orange County. The core of this grant
will be implementing the "Risk and Protection Prevention Framework" recently
endorsed by OASAS.
