1 package (7 oz) coconut 3 cups flour
1 cup margarine 1 cup sugar
1 21 oz can of cherry pie filling
Mix together the coconut, flour, margarine and sugar till crumbly. Press half of the mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 15 minutes. Remove from oven, then add cherry pie filling and sprinkle remaining mixture over the filling. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes or till lightly brown.
