at my email on Mar-02, I SPECIFICALLY asked you to package it good so
the ears AND the the plastci bar were in tact...I quote "Please let me
know when you get my payment and when this is sent out and do me a
favor? Could you make sure it is well packaged? The "ears" and the
plastic center bar at the top of the radio area are very important to
me and have to be intact. Thanks again and take your time with this if
you have to, I'm not in a big rush at the moment."
I also paid the extra money for the insurance because your ad
states "F YOU DO NOT ORDER INSURANCE(OPTION AVAILABLE)AND RECIEVE A

I've done everything right as specified and now what a refund because it is NOT as described and I DID pay for the insurance...
