Directions:
Healthy adults may
take
one or two (1-2) coated tablets daily, 1-3 times a day, with a glass of
fluid (water, juice, milk, etc.).
For laxative action:

tablets in the morning and in the evening, 30 min. before breakfast and
dinner/supper, respectively.
Contraindications:
Any inflammation
or
ulceration of the digestive tract; pregnancy; and lactation.
