A natural progression for the most automated
Panel software is harnessing it's power to run automated and semi-automated shop
equipment. Because Benchmark does not Manufacture or Retail the various
types of equipment we are not tied to a specific technology or manufacturer like
the "Big Box" companies are. This leaves the entire array of automated
equipment open for my customers to pick and choose from. We have worked
very closely with several manufacturers to bring the best possible compatibility
of the Intelliframer software to the shop floor for amazing productivity gains.
Here are some of the drivers currently available exclusively from Benchmark CAD:
Mango Tech Semi-Automatic cutting and plate
marking system. Talk about bang for the buck, this company from Down Under
has put together a very nice system to display, measure and cut any of your
panel pieces. The Intelliframer panel is show on the Mango display with
all the pieces and lengths ready to automate. The user can make a quick
choice which makes auto-stop move into place and then delivers the lumber to the
saw for cutting. The stop can push the plates through table pausing at
stud and component locations for quick layout marking. Call Benchmark for

Virtek LaserMC automatic cutting / marking
system. This highly rated system is feed by Intelliframer to quickly
automate the length and species of lumber to be cut and/or marked. A
single button push sends the stock lumber off to the saw and them the laser head
for detailed laser inscribing of all stud and component locations.
The high speed and dependable Laser technology makes this a popular automated

Virtek Laser Projector. This innovative
approach to wall construction takes its' queue for the truss manufacture
community. We have programmed a unique interface to the Virtek Laser
that projects the actual wall boards onto a framing table in stages for easy,
paperless layout and assembly of your panels. Benchmark has gone a step
further by interfacing our floor cassette module with the laser as well so the
productivity gains in walls can be realized in floors as well. Give me a

Koskovitch Miser Saw and Ink Jet marking
system. Get ready for some serious productivity with the Miser. This
highly automated system often runs double duty providing customers both Truss
and Panel automation. Benchmark has taken a unique approach with the Miser
by interfacing directly with their own "board stretcher" software for
maximum material optimization. A sophisticated user defined matrix in the
Benchmark Driver allows each unique user to tailor the pieces and species of
lumber they wan to feed the Miser. Reports of an entire house being
automatically cut and marked in around 30 minutes have been realized here.

official debut at the Triad Factory Show this April at their factory showcase.
Now BuildersCAD can export directly into Triad's Saw Talk software for easy
