Josh Tandy, Youth Minister
 Josh is in charge of
the youth ministries here at First Christian, which include Jr. High and High
School Students. He keeps himself busy by preparing for Wednesday night GLO
for the Jr. High and the High School's Underground Sunday night service. He
also plans various trips to conferences and the mission field for both age
groups. In his own words "at First Christian they let me love God by
acting like a teenager."
Josh has been with us since January 2006.
He is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana where his family still resides. Josh
is a graduate of Anderson University where he met his wife Heidy who is also
passionate about youth ministry. They enjoy spending time with youth, spending
time with friends, and cheering on the Colts.

Nathan Jesse, Worship Minister
Nathan came to FCC summer of 2007 to serve as our worship minister. Growing up in the Christian Church as a minister’s son, Nathan has been involved in every facet of ministry since childhood and understands the importance of worship in Christian growth. Nathan began singing with his parents as song evangelist when he was a child and has been actively involved since, from singing and playing with outreach teams while at EIU Christian Fellowship to singing and leading independently now. On July 1, 2006, Nathan married Mary Wills from Beecher City, IL. She was very active at the First Christian Church of Cowden, IL and was an organist and pianist there for approximately 20 years. Nathan came to Moweaqua after serving for 15 years at Findlay Christian Church Findlay, Illinois were he was leading worship. Nathan and Mary also served as evangelists at local churches for concerts and revivals.
