The rest of the rafters were finished early this week.

It’s starting to actually resemble a porch!

The extra 2.5 feet is going to make a BIG difference.

We’ll probably have to trim back these trees, but it’ll still make for a nice shaded area. Kinda feels like you’re in a different place altogether.

As Joe and I continue to say, this is the porch that SHOULD have been on our house.  It just feels right, and I have no doubt that the house appreciates it!

Nothing else going on for the week - we’re held up for a little while on scheduling and the roof.  Oh, yippee.
