Psalm 219

1    As a young child I was told

that the story of Gold was

      mine to behold.

2    My mother told in my book of

child that the beam of Gold

      made me sweet and mild.

3    Then as a youth at play I did

      commune with Gold through

      offerings of soulful food.

4    The body grew and so for want

of treasures, the desire of Gold

      faded into earthly pleasures.

5    The body developed, becoming

two, then three and four and more.

      Now earthly struggles also

      brought rainbows with beams of

      Gold beyond all foretold.

6    The body old knows gifts

of Gold and prays to meet

      beyond the land of cold.

7    The story of Gold Loves

      forever to be told.
