The Release
This is what Building Blocks wanted us to sign.
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT
Daniel and Elizabeth Case for and in
consideration of the return of the monies paid for the completion of the adoption of the Russian child, PETROV KIRILL KONSTANTINOVICH, a payment
of $9,500.00(Nine thousand five hundred dollars), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged as sufficient to resolve all
existing and future claims for damages arising out of the contract between BUILDING BLOCKS ADOPTION and DANIEL AND
ELIZABETH CASE, do hereby for
ourselves and for our heirs, executors, administrator, successors, assigns
and any and all other persons, firms, employers, corporations,
associations, or partnerships, acquit and forever discharge BUILDING BLOCKS ADOPTIONS, an Ohio not for profit corporation and its agents,
servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships of, and
from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, right, damages, costs, loss of wage, expenses, hospital and medical
expenses, loss of consortium, loss of service and any compensation
whatsoever, which the undersigned now has/have or which may hereafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out of the rendering of
services for the international adoption by said corporation to the releasor, DANIEL AND ELIZABETH CASE.
The undersigned further declare and represent that BUILDING BLOCKS ADOPTION and the releasors agree to hold the terms and conditions of
their relationship one to the other and this release confidential and, thereby, will not directly or indirectly communicate negative
information about the other to any third parties. The undersigned further declare and represent that no promise,
inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to the undersigned, and that this release contains the entire agreement between
the parties hereto, and that the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.
