23^rd Annual Southeast Spartan Invite

1. Entries are due ONLINE @ www.sydexsports.com by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, 4/3, 2013
2. Attending Coaches should go to www.sydexsports.com and click on “Track Online Meet Entries” to submit their entries.
3. There is also a video tutorial at www.sydexsports.com by clicking on “Online Entries for Attending Coaches” for those who are new to this website entry process.
4. Mr. Jokisch will confirm receipt of your entries within 24 hours of the entry date.
5. Mr. Jokisch will email all of the Coaches the Heat/Flight sheets by Thursday, noon, on April 4^th.

7. The Spartan Invite will be held at Southeast High School located at 2350 East Ash St. on Saturday, April 6^th, 2013. Field events and prelims will begin at 10 a.m.
8. Southeast is requesting each school to provide one adult worker, either an Assistant Coach or a knowledgeable parent to cover the assigned area.
9. After April 3^rd entry deadline, only scratches without replacements will be accepted on the day of the Meet, unless a note from the Principal or physician is presented to the Games Committee.
