Little bitty puppy
silly as can be;
doesn't know just what to do -
he always follows me.

Taking care of puppy
is an important job you see.
I must be sure he's fed and watered;
he depends on me.

Happy little puppy
jumps and yaps all day;
always tugging at my sleeve -
he only wants to play.

I love this little puppy;
he is a friend of mine.
I'm glad he came to live with me.
I think he's mighty fine!
