Limited Use Policy
This spreadsheet is for non-commercial use only. You
may customize it to suit your needs, but it may not be sold, copied,
distributed, or placed on a public server (i.e. the internet), without the
written consent of Vertex42 LLC. If you make a PDF
of the calendar, it must have "Created using a free template from
vertex42.com" or a similar notice to that
effect somewhere on the page (usually in the footer). If you want to post a
calendar that has been created specifically for your school on a website in PDF
format, you may do so as long as the above reference is included on the PDF
(usually in the footer) OR a link is placed on your website to reference the
page where you downloaded this template (e.g. www.vertex42.com/calendars). If
you need help creating the PDF after you've customized your calendar, contact
Vertex42.com (see www.vertex42.com/about.html for contact information). If you
have Adobe Acrobat Professional (not just the Reader), you can print to the
Adobe PDF print driver. There is other software available on the internet for
creating PDFs, also.

TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NONINFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE YOU ACCEPT THAT THE SOFTWARE MAY

IN NO EVENT SHALL VERTEX42, LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU, FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO
USE THE SOFTWARE (EVEN IF WE OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR HAS BEEN
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES), OR ANY MISTAKES AND NEGLIGENCE IN
DEVELOPING THIS SOFTWARE, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. THE
ORGANIZATION, BUSINESS, OR PERSON USING THIS SOFTWARE BEARS ALL RISKS AND
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THIS
