All-natural, Gourmet, Oatmeal Pancake/Cookie Mix
 




Rory’s Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/2 C Peter’s Pancake Mix

1/2 C   Butter, softened

1/2 C   Sugar

2 Tbsp  Pure Maple Syrup

1       egg


Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar for several minutes. Blend in pure maple syrup and egg. Gradually stir in mix until well blended. Drop by tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
