Narrative
The pension application for George Addison Miller states:
"I enlisted in Company C
4th Regiment of SC Battalion of State Troops Captain Ligon on the
[day left blank] day of July 1864 and served in that company until the 26th day
of April 1865. I was discharged from the service at Greensboro NC on the
26th day of April 1865 and was at the time a member of Company C
4th Regiment of SC Battalion SC State Troops."
