Narrative
The house no longer stands and the address is now different as the 911 system, and lots of changes over time, have altered the house numberings. I looked at the nearest dated map I could find for the year 1905, the February 1918 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map Company image for Anderson, SC. This map was then used to locate the GPS coordinates and view the satellite image for the location which confirmed an empty lot where the house use to be.
