Dayfeen Justeen Gooch
 Dayfeen Justine Gooch, 72, of Nitro, formerly of Malden, passed
away Feb, 24, 2004, in SunBridge of Dunbar.
 She was born June 27, 1931, the third of six daughters of the late
Edward and Ona Belle Smith Asher. She was also preceded in
death by her husband, Irvin Gooch; and sisters, Emma Campbell
and Fey Stewart, both of Charleston, Jerline Bonham of South
Carolina.
 She was retired from the former Perdue's IGA, Campbells Creek.
She attended malden Baptist Church and First Presbyterian
Church of Nitro.
 She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Vikki and Ed
Hamilton of Cross Lanes; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and
Barbara Jarrett of Preque Isle, Maine; four grandchildren, Larry,
Scott, Greg and Robert; four great-grandchildren; and sisters,
June Honaker of Parkersburg, Barbara White of Pasadena, Md.
 Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, 27, at Stevens and Grass Funeral
Home, 4203 Salines Drive, Malden, with the Rev. Raymond Cobb
and the Rev. Don White officiating. Burial will follow in
Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
 Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Stevens
& Grass Funeral Home, Malden.
