Simply click on the link below to view and print the registration packet or right-click the link to save the packet for viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please read over the packet carefully and completely, fill the forms out and send them, along with the fees to: Camp Chin-gu Registrations will be accepted on a first come/first served basis.
All forms and
deposits must be received by June 1st, 2009.
