Branch of the LORD
"In that day the Branch of the LORD shall be beautiful and glorious, and the fruit of the earth shall be excellent and comely for them that are escaped of Israel." (Isaiah 4:2)
"And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots. And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD." (Isaiah 11:1-2)
"Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that I will raise unto David a Righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The LORD Our Righteousness (Jehovah-Tsidkenu)." (Jeremiah 23:5-6)

Word studies:
Branch: One, of usually several, extensions or limbs that grow out from the trunk of a tree. Likewise one, of many lines, or branches, of genealogical descent. Word studies are as follows:
from the Hebrew word tsemach which means: "a sprout, a branch, a growth, a bud". (That is a New Branch!) (used in Isaiah 4:2, Jeremiah 23:5-6, & 33:15)
from the Hebrew word netser which means: "a green shoot, a sprout, a branch". (That is a New Branch!) (used in Isaiah 11:1-2)
from the Hebrew word choter which means: a shoot, a rod, a twig". (used in Isaiah 11:1)
LORD: from the Hebrew word YHWH which means: Yahweh, or Yehovah: the proper name of the God of Israel. The-one-who-is; the-existing-one, the eternally existing Supreme Being. (the absolute and unchangeable one, always and forever living; the self-consistent-one). Usually translated with capital letters "LORD' or 'GOD' - (But in some translations: Yahweh or Jehovah).
The term 'Branch' in the Bible is occasionally used as a symbol of kings descended from royal ancestors. The verses quoted above are Messianic prophecies that speak concerning the genealogical descent of the promised Messiah, the Christ. Jesus is the Branch of the genealogical family tree that fulfills these prophecies; and has it's fulfillment illustrated in the following genealogy records of Jesus the Christ:
The Branch of the LORD:
“And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of you shall be called the Son of God!” (Luke 1:35)
The Righteous Branch of Jesse & David - its genealogical fulfillment::
“...being, as was being thought, the son of Joseph, …, the son of Eli, ...the Son of David, ...the son of Jesse, ...the son of Jacob, the son of Isaac, the son of Abraham, …, the son of Adam, the Son of God!“ (see Luke 3:23-38)
"The book of the genealogy of Jesus the Christ, the Son of David, the son of Abraham; ..., and Salmon begat Boaz of Rachab; and Boaz begat Obed of Ruth; and Obed begat Jesse; and Jesse begat David the king; ..., and Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called the Christ." (see Matthew Chapter 1)
The opening verses also describe Jesus as being the 'Righteous' Branch; and the Branch of Righteousness:
Righteous: from the Hebrew word tsaddiq which means: "righteous, or just". (used in Jeremiah 23:5-6)
Righteousness: from the Hebrew word tsedaqah which means: "righteousness, in the sense of 'rightness' or uprightness, or living justly, and uprightly according to the commandments of God."". (used in Jeremiah 33:15)
