L J FULLERTON
The idea for
the song "Columbine 99" was born out of the frustration of school
violence peaked by the massacre at Columbine High School.
“Columbine 99” was written to express my sadness of the senseless
killings of innocent students at Columbine High School.
I myself studied to be an elementary school teacher and when I see and
hear what goes on in our schools these days, I never regret my decision
to have taken another path in life. I hope to reach the youth of
this country on a grand scale with this musical message I am sending,
in
ways that I never could have done in a single classroom. It is
never
too late to change things so I ask your help in this quest to reverse
the
downward spiral of the generation to come. Let the miracle of
music once again change our world…
