The Phillies lost a heartbreaker to the Yankees on a bloop single in the bottom of the 7th. The Phils had bounced back from a 4-0 deficit and showed a lot of tenacity. Dan, Austin & Roger all pitched well, but fielding miscues led to 4 of the 6 Yankee runs. Leading the offense was Roger with a triple among two hits, Josh with two bunt singles and Tyler with a long double. The Phillies were hurt by 11 strike-outs and left men in scoring postition in 5 innings.
