An Overflowing Life (Joh 7:37-39)

  1. There must be an (inflow) before there can be an (outflow).
    1. An inflow of Divine Life before an outflow of New Life.
    2. An inflow of Spiritual Power before and outflow of Spiritual Activity.

      3. Lu 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.

    3. Inflow of Love before and outflow of Compassion.

 

  1. There must be an (Outflow) before there can be an (Overflow).
    1. An outflow of Christian Living before an overflow of Influence.

      2. Mt 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

       

      1Ti 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

       

      1Pe 2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:

       

    2. An outflow of Faithful Service before an overflow of Achievement and Victory.
    3. An outflow of Affectionate Witnessing before and Overflow of Joy.

Ps 126:6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
