What About The Future? Pr 3:5,6

NOSTRADAMUS

In the year of the new century and nine months

From the sky will come a great King of Terror...
The sky will burn at forty-five degrees.
Fire approaches the great new city..."
"In the city of York there will be a great collapse,
2 twin brothers torn apart by chaos
while the fortress falls the great leader will succumb
third big war will begin when the big city is burning"
(2001 is the first year of the new century and this is the 9th month. )
(New York is located at the 40.5 degree Latitude.)

Pr 3:5,6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Jas 4:14, "Whereas ye know not what [shall be] on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away."

But a life of constant contact with Jesus through the Spirit.

There has been more prayer in one day, than all year!

I do know that we can not blame this on God! Remember that is was the USA that allowed God to me moved out of our school and for some out of our nation! Our country was founded on "God we trust". We have saw America not trusting God as it once did, God has moved his hand of protection.

1. WHAT ABOUT THE FUTURE OF THE WORLD?

  1. What will come tomorrow? (that depends on us)

    2. 2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

  2. How will it affect us?

Ps 31:3 For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me.

2. WHAT ABOUT THE FUTURE OF THE CHURCH?

The church is the only sure organization on the earth.

Mt 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Lu 21:25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

 God told Hezekiah to set his house in order, and so should America!

1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

3. WHAT IS MY FUTURE?

After all has been said and done about the world at large, about the church, and about everyone else,

The thing that matters most is,

  1. "What about me?"
  1. What about my family?

    2. Mt 24:40,41 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

    Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

  2. What about my future?

Ps 83:18 That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.

Trust in the Lord because He is our future.
