Gerald McArtor , 67, Dies

Gerald McArtor was born on July 6, 1939, in Chicago, the son of Howard and Stella (Wizen) McArtor.

He married Maxine Harris and they resided in Hollywood, Florida, where he worked as a broker in the food industry.

Gerald entered into eternal rest at 9:25 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2006, in his home. He was 67 years of age.

He is survived by his wife; sons, Brian and Joe McArtor; daughter, Jennifer McArtor; step-daughter, Lisa Borden, step-sons, Jay and Bruce Grebin; grandchildren, Alexandria, Jack, Benjamin, Brandie, Kaleo, Kaiulani and Alana; and sister Diana (husband, Ray) Scoles of Edgewood.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The funeral was held Wednesday, July 12th. at Pagel Funeral Home in Edgewood. Burial was in Brown Cemetery, rural Edgewood.
