Jonathan McArtor (III)

Jonathan McArtor, (III) (The grandson of the first) was born March 18, 1803. He married Minerva Beans in Loundoun County, Virginia, on March 29, 1825. Jonathan and Minerva had seven children between 1828 and 1848. They were: Sarah Jane, Joseph, Mary Ann, Thomas Nelson, Rosannah, Mahlon, and James Oscar. Thomas Nelson concerns us because we are descended from him. But, Mary Ann also concerns us today because she had a grand daughter named Ethel Walker who was born in 1885. Ethel Walker wrote some letters in the 1950's in which she describes some of our ancestors - people she knew as a little girl.
