Security Deposit/Reservation Fee

When you are ready to reserve the house, please send a $300 deposit. Upon receipt of this fee, we will put you on the calendar and guarantee your reservation. This is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation and we cannot re-rent the house. This fee also serves as a security deposit. It will be refunded after the property manager has determined that there is no damage to the house.

Rent and Rental Agreement

The entire rent is required two weeks in advance of your arrival. A fee of $80 per week per pet is also required. A rental agreement will be emailed to you and it should be filled in, signed, and sent to the address below. We must receive it two weeks prior to your arrival, along with the rent.

House Manual

We have compiled a complete House Manual which you should find on the dining table when you arrive. It contains detailed information on the heating and air conditioning, amenities, sauna, fireplace etc... Please take some time to read it when you get there, so you don't run into any problems. We have a few rules which should be mentioned right away:
(1) No Smoking in the house. No cigarette butts littered on premises.
(2) No outside fires in the firepit when fire danger is high. (Use the charcoal grill for barbeques)
(3) Remove shoes before going upstairs.
(4) Poop scoop after your dog and no pets on the leather chairs.
