Firm History

RFL ARCHITECTS, P.C. has a 30 year history providing innovative architectural design and outstanding quality of service to its clients. RFL partners initially collaborated within the firm of Corgan, Balestiere, and Leaper. This included projects such as First Federal Plaza, The Jewish Community Center, Parma and Penfield's Town Halls and numerous nursing home facilities.

Subsequent notable projects include Citibank's downtown Albany headquarters, which received an IES Lighting Design Award within an adaptive re-use of an historic landmark building and a seven-year upgrade of the Eastman Theater and Eastman School of Music.
