Lower Body Basics

la - Legs together, knees locked, toes curled up, hands on hips. Stretch down touch toes.
1b - Spread legs, hands behind lower back, bend back exhaling twice.
2 - Left hand hold right foot, right hand push down on right knee, straighten leg, lift leg.
3 - Squat stretch
4 - Front kick
5 - 45 Degree blade kick
6 - Cross over heel stomp
7 - Side kick
8 - Cat stance, front kick
9 - Squat kick
10 - Heel push kick
11 - Knee smash
12 - Back kick
13 - Push ups
14 - Body twist
15 - Deep breathing

Upper Body Basics

1 - Lunge punch
2 - Uppercut
3 - Reverse punch
4 - Reverse uppercut
5 - Down block, reverse punch
6 - Side block, reverse punch
7 - Open hand side block, spear hand strike
8 - Open hand head block, reverse uppercut
9 - Head block, reverse punch
10 - Head block, nose bop, reverse punch
11 - Down block, 5 punches
12 - Side block, 5 punches
13 - Open hand down block, shoto strike
14 - Push block, 2 hook punches
15 - Break the bear hug

Sparring Combinations

1a - Back fist, reverse punch
2a - Back fist, side kick
3a - Back fist, round kick
1b - Head block, down block, reverse punch
2b - Head block, down block, reverse punch
3b - Head block, X block, reverse punch
