The Iowa DOT projects daily truck traffic to increase significantly by 2020. You will see how these patterns flow east-west in this illustration which also shows how already overburdened I-80 in Iowa will become even more heavily traveled. When completed, four-lane US 20 will ease the load on I-80. |
