Ford SVO R302 Block blown head gasket, burned block and cracked down cylinder.  
Picture shows the block after the burned spot is machined out.


Same Ford SVO R302 block after welding, sleeving and resurfacing.

Ready for the track again. Block shows BHJ lifter true bushings.
