The Stillwater Amateur Radio Association announces that it will be holding a Technician study class beginning 24 January 2002, from 7-8:30 CST on 10 consecutive Thursday evenings, culminating with a VE session on 28 March. The classes will be held at Courage St. Croix on Curve Crest Blvd in Stillwater, MN. Classes are free and open to all ages.

Rochester Amateur Radio Club (RARC)
All RARC VE testing sessions are held at the American Red Cross Building, 310 14th Street SE, Rochester, Minnesota. The testing sessions are coordinated by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issues the resulting licenses.
