The study documents were written in MS Word, and the transcript has about 30 figures of screen captures showing the web pages visited interspersed in the transcription to illustrate what was going on. The figures are book marked and every reference to a figure in the transcript is hyper-linked to that figure. An advantage to downloading the study documents in Word format is that the book marks/hyperlinks will work; they do not work in the pdf versions.
