Big Ed's is a family owned and
operated business. After 25 years of practice, we
finally got the recipe's right and thought the product was
good enough to market. So, in 2005 Big Ed's Smokin' BBQ was
born. We (Ed and Wendy) now travel in the spring and
fall months to Rib Fests, Nascar Races, Motor Bike Races,
and Car & Boat Shows. During the summer months, we work
around home (McGregor MN) and participate in local Fairs,
Festival's and shows of any kind as well as Catering
weddings, graduations, picnics & parties of any kind.
