Reservations: Call us at: 928-339-4426 to make reservations. We require a refundable deposit of $100 which applies toward the rent.

In order to keep our rates reasonable we ask our guests to leave their accommodations as clean as when they arrived and to bring their own linens (sheets, pillows, and towels). The Blue River Wilderness Retreat is a non-smoking environment.

Cleaning Deposits: Cleaning Deposit is returned if guests leave their accommodations clean.

Pets and Horses: Pets are welcomed but must be restrained. We have a horse corral and ten acres of pasture. Call to inquire about pasture conditions and boarding rates. There are outstanding riding opportunities adjacent to the Retreat.

Phones: The Retreat is designed to help our guests relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. There are no private phones in our accommodations. We do make our phone available to our guests to receive calls and to call out, however long distance calls cannot be dialed directly from our phone. You will need to bring a phone card to dial out your long distance phone calls. There is no cell phone coverage on the Blue River, but you can use a cell phone in Alpine and Springerville.
