Not only does Lynch's Boat Manufacturing makes plugs and molds for our customers,
We are also well equiped to manufacture your finished fiberglass products. We currently
produce about 100 boats per year in the 25-40 foot range.
Usually, our customers have us deliver their boats with all fiberglass work completed,
and then they add the drive system and all interior details. This way, you as a boat
manufacturer, are spared from the mess and manufacturing issues that are inherent in
fiberglass products.
The following pictures are of a 28 foot deckboat. The plug for this boat

The following pictures are of a new dragboat hull designed by Dan Ellison and built by
Gary Lynch Jr. By removing the large sail area usually found on dragboats, and replacing
it with a tubular aluminum structure, dangerous lift problems caused by the sail area
are done away with.
The following pictures are of a new 33 foot 12 passenger cat that can be setup
as a pleasure boat or as a parasailing boat with a launching platform on the rear deck.
The following pictures are of a new fiberglass nose section being developed for a
customizing car facility.
