Now, I'm sure you're full of questions, so let me answer them before you ask them.
Sure you can, the needed infrastructure can be rolled into your purchase loan, and you need less then you suspect.
The Stovepipe will land on any 10,000 stud runway, most commercial airports would work fine.
The Stovepipe is a mostly airbreathing hybrid rocket scramjet, only requiring a small liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen plant, storage tanks and insulated fuel trucks (see the LOX truck above).
The green, forward pump fills the small oxygen tank for when the Stovepipe is in too thin of an atmosphere, while the back red pump fills the liquid hydrogen tanks. So easy to use, a pilot could go to the Self Service pumps!
Not anymore, hypersonic flight to orbit is now easy, the key is the specially designed underbody, with the wheel covers and engines all carefully designed on the computer to maximize hypersonic wave riding, indeed, the adjustable tailplane, when used as a expansion engine, provides more thrust then the hybrid rocket/RAMjet/SCRAMjet engines.
It's almost as easy as pointing the nose at the sky and hitting the afterburners. Since the turnaround time for a Stovepipe is only 24 hours (aside from scheduled maintenance), you can quickly and easily deliver workers, tourists and small satellites to any Low Earh Orbit, saving you vast sums of money on commercial LEO transports.
