Transfomational Life Coaching is an extraordinary process that focuses on creating balance in all areas of your life.
A life coach uses a thought-provoking & creative process that inspires you to maximize your potential.
Spiritual
Guidance which includes prayer, meditation, energy work and or creative
exercises to gain more of a deeper understanding and connection with
self and the universe.
Healing
Energy Work which consists of hands on or off body work to bring the
mind, body and spirit back into balance. Sessions could consist of one
or more of the following modalities: Reiki, Amadeus, Shamanic or
integrative energy work depending on what the client needs at the time.
Intuitive Readings
is channeled information of interest provided to the client. The
information is channeled to the reader by guides as well as the
reader's higher self. Some times thier are other divination tools used
such as cards, but it is not necessary for an accurate reading.
