John Schreiber grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota, and now lives in southern Minnesota. In addition to being an award-winning teacher, theater director, and author of the Ironwood County novels, Schreiber has written Tales from 2 A.M., a stylistic tour de force of storytelling, and Heartstone, an epic fantasy written in a fast-paced, cinematic style.
