Tamara comes inot the 2009 season ready to go and hopefully injury free. At the start of the preseaosn Tamara was a little out of shape.

But she's peaking right at the correct time of the season for the sectionals.

Tamara has qualified for the 50 m and 100 m free style and 200 IM 2009 sectionals.
