She was one of four children and was raised in a kind and loving home." • Moved to St.Paul, Nebraska, 1891, St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska. • Adopted child, 1903, St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska. In 1903, Aaron Wolfe (Alfred Hokanson) from the Nebraska Children's Home was taken to be reared in their home. • moved to Upland, Nebraska, 1908, Upland, Franklin Co., Nebraska. • Death of husband, 9 Dec 1912. • Joined Danish Lutheran Church, 1914. In 1914 she was confirmed by Rev. Jensen and joined the Danish Lutheran church. • Joined Friend's Church, 1917. Swedish Mission Friend's Church • moved to Upland, Nebraska, 1919, Upland, Franklin Co., Nebraska. They came to Upland in 1919 where the remainder of her life was spent. ![]() Anna married John Hokanson, son of Hokensen Nelson and Ellen Johnson, on 9 Apr 1891 in Bloomington, Franklin, Nebraska, USA. (John Hokanson was born on 2 Sep 1859 in Sweden, died on 9 Dec 1912 in Nebraska and was buried in Dec 1912 in Upland Cem., Upland, Franklin Co., Nebraska.)
She was united in marriage to John Hokanson, April 9, 1891, at Bloomington, and left for St. Paul, where they made their home on a farm one mile east of St. Paul for 17 years. ![]() Anna next married Charles Bjorklun on 16 May 1917 in Silverhill, Alabama.
