Yo Yo’s Tacos has a long history, dating back to the 80’s, when the Lazoya’s opened a little taco shop called The Taco Barn. After having to close the doors for a few years, Ernesto Lazoya reopened the once popular Taco Barn.
Some years later, a local businessman named Ricky Devine bought the place and renamed it Yo Yo’s Tacos, after his infamous cat call - Yo yo yo!!!
After enjoying much success, Ricky passed the reigns over to Chris and Melissa Ellis, the current proprietors of the establishment. They have revived the youthful spirit of the place while still providing the same classic food and friendly atmosphere that locals and visitors alike have grown to love.
So come on down to Yo Yo’s and say hi to Chris and Melissa. They’ll be glad to see ya and you’ll be glad ya came...
