Floods   during heavy rains
We are currently in the process of evaluating the flooding situation in several areas throughout the town. A private engineering firm has been brought in to help us determine where the trouble is arising from. They are conducting smoke tests and flow studies in the problem areas. Our crews are also cleaning and televising  the sewers in some areas to determine if there are any problems. Broken pipes and cross connections are being repaired by our crews as they are discovered.

9/16/2005 Thanks to Bob Callahan for these pictures of Willowbend and Pickford during the floods. Heavy rains on Friday September 16th caused some backups in town. Please visit Back-up in your basement? section for more information!
