The Demuth/DeMuth Newsletter started publication in the summer of 1992.  There are about 80 subscribers.  Of these, about half are from the Moravian Demuth family that settled in Pennsylvania and Ohio.  I try to keep about half of each issue dedicated to the Moravian family line.

The Demuth/DeMuth Newsletter is a clearing house for information on the Demuth surname.  It is meant to establish a dialog between Demuth researchers.  The newsletter is a form to exchange ideas and promote further research into the Demuth families.  There are bound to be inaccuracies in the information presented within this newsletter.  None of the information presented is meant to be used as proof of ancestry.  Use the information presented as a starting point for further research.  It is published quarterly, by Patrick Demuth, 1115 - 5th Ave. Worthington, MN 56187-2403, phone (507) 372-2681.  A subscription is $1.25 per issue or $5.00 per year.  Your mailing label will indicate what issue you have paid through.  All back issues are for sale.  Anyone who shares their Demuth family information will have a free issue of the newsletter added to their subscription.  Some of the things I would like to see are: obituaries, family group sheets, ancestor charts, biographies, newspaper clippings etc.
There is a Demuth/DeMuth Damuth Database kept in conjunction with the newsletter.  Your help in keeping this database current is greatly appreciated.  Please let me know of any birth's death's marriages or divorces in your Demuth family.
