- Rooms and house are for registered guests only.
- Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted at The Home in the Pines.
- Children and pets are by arrangement only.
- Garages are available on request.
- A 50% deposit is required to assure reservation.
- There are no refunds for cancellations unless room is rebooked.
- Visa, Master, Discover, and Amoco cards are accepted.
- Check in time is 4-6 PM or by arrangement. Payment is due at check in.
- Checkout time is 10:30 AM.
- Whole house, off season, and extended stay rates available.
- Quiet time after 11 PM is required.
