How to Apply for a Habitat House

The following checklist will quickly let you see if you would be eligible for a Habitat Sponsored House.

• Have I lived, worked or worshipped in Bulloch County for the past year?
• Am I willing to pledge 135 work hours for each adult family member on my home and other projects of Habitat for Humanity of Bulloch County?
• Do I have a strong need for adequate affordable housing?
• Is my income sufficient to meet the mortgage payments and low enough to to qualify for an interest free loan?
• Income is generally between $8000 and $20,000, but these income figures vary based on family size, debt structure and other variables.
