|On Saturday and Sunday (Nov 16th & 17th) the Youth Leadership Team (YLT), Caroline Priore, Gregory Wojahn and Peter Hoffman, spoke at the weekend Masses and were installed at the 8:30am Mass on the 17th. They did a great job. You will see them more and more as they work together to lead and inspire the youth in the community. Click here to view the YLT informational brochure (pdf).|
|The next First Wednesday is December 4th. A reminder to elementary parents that class is from 6:00-6:30pm. Grades 6-10 have food/class/youth activities from 6:40-8:30pm.|
|Grades 6-10 will be putting together fruit baskets for our Outreach Ministry on Saturday, December 7th beginning at 10:00am in the lower level.
Our parish family is then asked to stop downstairs after Mass on Dec 7th & 8th and pick up a basket or two (maps included) to deliver to someone who has lost a loved one, been ill, or just to let them know that we are thinking of them during the Christmas season.
This is a wonderful Ministry in which the whole family can participate.
|Join us for an evening of celebration of Christ's birth.
The evening begins with Mass at 4:00pm followed by a Soup & Sandwich Supper in the lower level. The cost is a free will donation.
Join us upstairs at 6:00pm for the Elementary Christmas Program presented by our preschool-grade 5 Faith Formation students. All are welcome. Come celebrate with our elementary students!

| A trip to the WaterPark of American on Sunday, January 26, 2014
If you have questions about either trip, please contact Cindy Meyers.
|We are asking our parish family to consider making their gift purchases through the Gift Shop here at St. Pius V. Proceeds from items purchased from the Gift Shop from April 1st, 2013 through the end of the year will go towards the Living Water Project. This project will help to build five earthen reservoirs and dams which hold the scarce rain that falls in the drought stricken area of Kitui, Kenya. If you have questions about an item or don't see what you would like to purchase, please give Joyce Lorentz a call at 507-263-2452. If you need to order an item, please place your order at least two weeks in advance. Living Water Project calendars are available at church entrances.
The Gift Shop is located in the Sacristy. Enter through the south door of the church, walk past the Parish Office door to the open door on your left or if you are coming from the lower level, walk up the stairs and through the open door at the top.
